      <title>Contract Termination</title>

      <description>Hello.&lt;BR /&gt;I am trying to terminate my contract but Vodafone insist to hold my contract. I am not living in Germany since 15.08.2016 and do pay all my invoices since two years even though I am trying to cancel my contract. I went to Vodafone shops, they said they cannot and directed me to Vodafone Center. Vodafone Center said they cannot and directed me to online center. I searched via online center, there is no any contract cancellation option. I called Vodafone hotline, no one talks English or any other language. Today is last day and it seems Vodafone will force me to extend my contract two more years even I don't use, even I don't live in Germany. I only travel to Germany once a year. Please help me to cancel my contract. Thanks.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It might be highly helpful if you stated what kind of a contract you have (since you posted in a section that does not really allow for any precise "guessing").&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Fixed network (cable/DSL):&amp;nbsp; Please use the search feature of this board to find out what to do.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Mobile network:&amp;nbsp; Moving abroad does &lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; constitute a legal right to prematurely terminate the contract.&lt;/LI&gt;
