New request for technician

Hello,

Today the technician came to my apartment but the contact number i signed with was a friend’s number since i didnt have a german number yet. Yesterday i changed the contact number but i guess the technician didnt have this info yet. He called my friend but he couldnt tell me in time thats why when i got home the technician was already gone.

Ive been trying calling the number to reschedule the appointment but i dont speak german and get the ‘operator’ in english doesnt seem to work for me. Is there another way to reschedule this appointment?

I appreciate any help provided
