Hi. I had ordered Red Internet & Phone 400 Cable on 18.03. I signed the contract in shop in Oldenburg (not online). I have not received any confirmation nor have I received the Router or device. I was told that I would get it by 21.03.
Has my order even been placed yet? How can I confirm the status of my order?

Ich hatte vodafone Cable bestellt. Aber niemand war zuhause und meine Nachbarin sagte die Lieferung zurück genommen war.

Was sollte ich tun?

did you get a letter with the contract details or only from the shop?
And did you want to use the contract on a certain day?
