Hello, I am coming here for help. I have been with Vodafone for about a year now and I have red 500 the fastest option i believe they have. The first year was amazing had high speeds and little to no interruptions. After my first year a technition came to my house and messed with the main box in the basement taking what looked like a connecting piece and just shuffled the wire back onto the same port with out a connector. Ever since then internet is very slow and over half the time inoperational.
