Hello!
Can you please help me?
The internet stopped working yesterday, and I cannot get help from the hotline.
The router works, with green lights on internet and wlan, however the telephone blinks red.
The error message on the page is
Internetzugang eingeschränkt

Die Verbindung zum Internet konnte nicht hergestellt werden.

Bitte warten Sie, bis die Installation Ihres Endgerätes abgeschlossen ist.

Can you please help?

Hey llean,

im sorry that your landline is not working properly.
Did you try to re-enter the modeminstallationcode?
The error message stands for "Please Wait, till the Installation of your device is finished".

Did you try to reset the router?
