Fast 5460 repeated disconnections

Having constant issues with my Fast 5460 disconnecting from WAN and not re-establishing connection until I restart device. Happening approx 30 minute intervals in evenings / weekends, very severely degrading my experience. It appears router loosely but does not detect it internally.

Firmware: 6.1.2.26-IMS-KDG

I've factory reset the device many times yet issues still persist.

the new modem will arrive within the a few days. Please replace it with all cables in the package. We need the old one back with the return-paper included.
