    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a new Vodafone connection on 17.09.2018 (two days back).&amp;nbsp;A technician from Telekom came in the morning for configuring the physical connection and&amp;nbsp;I configured my router "&lt;SPAN class="il"&gt;FRITZ&lt;/SPAN&gt;!&lt;SPAN class="il"&gt;Box&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;7430 (M)" in the evening. Everything was fine (internet was working).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, on the next day (18.09.2018 )&amp;nbsp;I found&amp;nbsp;the DSL light of the router is blinking. I tried restarting and reconfiguring the router.&amp;nbsp;But the problem still remains.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the router logs it&amp;nbsp;shows&amp;nbsp;entries&amp;nbsp;like "Training DSL connection" (I don't remember exact wording).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried calling the hotline, but wierd enough, the guy said (in German) he&amp;nbsp;knows English but he is&amp;nbsp;only allowed to speak in German (I understand German a very little bit). So I asked in English then he replied in German (which I partially understood). Somehow he said I should call a different number (0800 1721212).&amp;nbsp;When I called it, I always get the automated guide&amp;nbsp;and I don't how to pass through &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://forum.vodafone.de/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif" alt="Smiley (traurig)" title="Smiley (traurig)" /&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feel really helpless.
