appointment for technician visit

Today technician visited my apartment for the setup, the installation is not possible due to some unavoidable circumstances, I can now proceed.

How do I take the new appointment, this is my new contract starting 12th September 2018.

as already mentioned by private message, I need your desired date please. We must keep a lead time of at least 5 working days.
