New Router no connection

Hi all,

My apologies I dont really speak german and I am really struggling with the customer service line to actually get to a person not a machine. I recieved my router and connected it according to the instractions. I have no interent and the @ sign keeps flashing. What should I do? Please help

This usually means that you need a technician to come and install your internet.

Two possible ways: Wait here for a Mod to make an appointment -or- ask a German speaking friend/collegue to call Vodafone and make an appointment for you.

I am still having the same problem, th e@ symbol is flashing and no interent.
