PROBLEM regarding device return

Hello
I have received letter from vodafone stating that i have to send back my equipments as my internet could not be established. I had two devices. Because there was some problem with my first order and some customer care officer updated my contract and sent me another device. But the problem was still on. After checking with a technician, vodafone told me to sent back my devices and canceled the contract. I sent both devices 12.07.2018.
However, today i received another letter stating the same. But i already sent both the devices! What is happening here ?

You already sent us your customer number in your other post. We have already received the hardware. You don't have a second contract. There was no second contract with your name.

Then why is there a letter stating that i have to return it to you? And if i not return it then i will have to pay 100 euro? Can i send you a photo of the letter through private message maybe?

you don't have to worry.

There was only a time overlap with the receipt of the devices and the reminder mail.
