    <description>It seems my easybox 804 is down. The bottom light is fading on and off, all the status lights on top is completely off. It is like this as soon as I switch on the router. There is no wireless signal from the device. So no internet for me. I have try to restart and reset the device and no luck. Can’t get hold of the customer service who can speak English and solve the problem for me. Did anyone else have this problem before? And how did you solve it?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Chuck</description>
