[English] Intenet very slow 0.05mbps

Hello,

I am apologizing for not writing in German, my German still isn't very good.

I am user of kabel Deutschland last 6 months and everything was okey until last few days ago. Internet was starting to slow down a lot and them it would recover by itself or I just reboot router and then it was normal.

The biggest problem happened yesterday at night when he slow down to 0.05 mbps according to speedtest and now is unusable.

I am having router CH7466CE and my speed shoud be 200mbps down.

For troubleshooting I done this steps :

Try on multiple devices using wifi and ethernet, restart router, factory reset and I even changed cables connecting from the wall plug to router.

Nothing helped and speed is still the same 0.05 mbps.

What can I do next? I would already call someone but like I said my German skills aren't very good so I am afraid I wouldn't know to explain what is happening.
