Sorry my german is only good enough to help me get to the right forum (I hope) but I’m having issues connecting to the internet. I have a Ch7466CE router and I’ve turned it off and on, and reset it and it’s still not working. When I log in to the router through the IP address it says we have internet connection but no one our house is able to access the internet. Can some one please help?

Would you like to access the internet over lan or wlan?

Over lan it should be sufficient to connect the router with a internet-capable device, then there should be a connection.
When you use wlan: The wlan network of your router is active?
