Activating easy box 804

I have searched for information on how to fix my problem and noticed a lot of other people are having or have had the same problem as me. I am trying to reactivate my easy box because it had to be restarted and they left not even an hour ago and all I get on the website is "There is no internet connection" and the internet light is blinking green and isn't solid green. Also we have a landline with this contract as well and that light isn't even on. And the light in the back of the router is blinking red. I really appreciate any help, thank you.

Hey bilskitm,

what happens if you try to enter the modeminstallationcode?

Reset the device , then either pickup the telephone reciever & follow the instructions via the voicemessage / enter the modeminstallationcode.

(if you have no telephone reciever, you can follow the wizard - open your browser & visit easy.box (root/123456) .

If a activation is stoll not possible, feel free to send me a private message with your customernumber & your current mobilenumber.

Then I'll open an incident ticket.
