My DSL box from vodafone is not deliverable and it is waiting for further instructions. What can i do?

I'm sorry. Did you called our customer care (08001721212)? It's free of charge from german networks (mobile&fixed).

I don´t know, why your router cannot be delivered.

Where did this information come from?

Did you put your name on the bell sign?

Wasn´t anyone at home to receive it?

When i check on DHL website it says waiting for senders instructions. i also got email grom your partner agency for installation. can i use this method?

Hi Udai,

DHL was unable to determine the recipient. Maybe the name wasn't on the doorbell. The device has returned to us and the contract has been cancelled. Is that in your mind?
