Hi there,

I would like to request a router replacement. The one I have "FritzBox 6490 Cable" is quite old and the wi-fi connection is not the best anymore. I am paying 5 euros per month for this router and I believe it is time to replace it after 5 years.

Let me know what information do you need.

You can book the FRITZ!Box 6660 in your customer portal.

I found the option to book FritzBox 6660. If I do that, what will happen to the old one? Will the 5 euro subscription for the old one move to the new one? Or I will have to pay for both?

Hey,

You pay a one-off fee of 29.99€ for the change and the monthly costs remain the same. You must not forget to return the old 6490 to us.
