DHL router delivery not possible

Dear all,

I ordered Cable Internet from Vodafone last Thursday and they told that it would only arrive this week so I gave my new address. I think they tried to deliver on the Saturday and I was not there. It says that the delivery is not possible and I have no more information. What should I do now?

Hello Lars,

I am sorry for the late response but I didn't get any notification for the answer. I am from Hessen, I live in Frankfurt am Main. I am quite desperate to get some information on the router because nobody on the customer service spoke English to me and my German is not good enough. I hope you can help me.
