Request Router Replacement

I need a new internet router. I called the customer support, but they don't speak English.

I got an internet router from Vodafone and I heard sounds from the inside when I lift up it. Small pieces are moving inside and something is not placed correctly. I thought it had been broken in the middle of the delivery. However, I did not pay attention to that because my internet was working fine.

However, my internet is disrupted so often recently, so I think it is better to get a new one for a stable Internet.

I'd be pleased to switch routers. Send me your customer data (name, address, customer number, birthday) in a private message and let me know here that you have sent the data.

Hi there! I have the exact same problem and it's been only 2 days since I received the router for my new "Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable" connection. Could my router also be replaced please?

Hi, my router intermittently loses connection (LAN & WLAN), flashes red, then reboots. This has been happening for a year now and I have still not been able to recieve help. Please help
