Internet connects and drops continuously for the last 36 hours

Hello Vodafone,

For the last 36 hours or so, the modem picks drops the connection and then picks up immediately and as soon as I see all the lights lit white, the connection is lost the and cycle begins. I tried restating the modem, turning off for more than 30 minues and all possible stuff and it still does not work. I am not able to do anything. The intermittent drop of connection started a week ago but for the last 36 hours there is literally nothing. Request to address this ASAP as I am mot able to do home office and missing many things. Thank in advance.

This is what the log says. I have also tried resetting and facroty restting the router and the end result is just the same. Can anyone of the team help me look into this soon possible and fix the issue. I cannot do home office as the internet just does not work.

Thanks for the reply. I spoke to Hotline and they will be sending an replacement Router. Once I receive the Router, I will check if he problem permsists and can get back to you. Have a good day.
