How to return my old router?

Hi,

On November 27, I requested for tariff change and have also a new router. Now, I want to return my old router previously issued to me. How can I return my old router? The DHL staff is asking for a QR code. Can I just send to you my old router, or do I need to provide a return form from you?

Hi rmagbalot,

if your old modem is a rental device we will send you all info via e-mail.

You will find the address etc in the same e-mail in which we confirmed the tariff change.

What is the name of your old modem?
