All lights were static &amp;amp; weren't blinking. I troubleshot for a couple hours &amp;amp; finally came to the conclusion that the modem was the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just got off the phone &amp;amp; ordered a new modem. I was told someone would drop by my house next week &amp;amp; I would swap my broken modem for a new one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the number I called (This is the Installation Hotline):&amp;nbsp;0800 172 1201&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;amp; This is a link to another post on this forum from last year that confirmed my suspicion that the modem might have been defective: &lt;A href="https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/Internet-Telefon-TV-über-DSL/Activation-failed-Easybox-804-no-internet/td-p/2092135" target="_self"&gt;Link&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
