Hello there,

I need to implement a port-forward on the router, however impossible to find the option. I read online that this new firmware doesn't support port-forward, while this is a basic functionnality and I have never seen a router missing it. Could you please tell me where to find it ? If it does really not exist, could you please inform me of any workaround ?

firmware: 2.0.17-IMS-KDG

I guess you have IPv6-DSLite.

Here is port-forwarding not availible.

Try to use IPv6 instead!

the Vodafone Station's IPv6 Firewall is not able to handle that - it is simply not possible to setup port releases

@Bastibast enable Bridge Mode and use your own router

you will get a public IPv4 in this mode and you can setup port forwarding on your own router

I would be keen on using IPv6, but are you sure the firewall cannot accept any connections ? If so, that really sounds bad indeed. I would need to change provider just for the sake of having a small webserver at home ?

no need to change the provider to make your webserver accessible from outside

as already told:

@Bastibast enable Bridge Mode and use your own router
you will get a public IPv4 in this mode and you can setup port forwarding on your own router

Hmm okay, I don't really like going through multiple routers as it slows things down but I will try.

The bridge mode turns your router into a 'stupid' modem and does not slow down anything because you do not create a router cascade when using your router behind a modem.
