Fritz!Box 6490 und Internet nich Verfugbar

Dears

good morning

we live in Penzberg and well poor german language.

Just before Christmas 2020, we can not have internet.

We have a Fritz!box 6490; all is fine and we can see in the list of the available nets and it has a strong signal. But as we try to connect, it does but always the flag "Internet nicht verfugbar" is done.

any suggestions, please?

Fritz!box has been restarted several times and leds POWER and WLAN are regularly green.
