      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Vodafone Station modem device which came with my Vodafone Cable Internet connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have WLAN connection problems with my device. Especially mobile phones' WLAN connection disconnected and coneccted very frequently. I also cannot established clear connection between my mobile phone and Google Nest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please find my device's detailes as below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="language-string"&gt;Firmware version:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;2.0.17-IMS-KDG&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="language-string"&gt;Product name:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="language-string"&gt;CGA4233DE&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried some hints to fix that issue but all could not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any solution from Vodafone side?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks and wish you all happy holiday!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Emil&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Manu,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First I tried manual band steering from my modem's admin screen. I assigned 2.4 and 5 Ghz wi-fi connecitons one by one but it didn't help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I splitted SSID's. After splitted, I've connected mobile phones to 5Ghz wifi connection. It helps a bit actually. But mobile phones (iphone and android) still disconnected and reconnected randomly. I didn't notice any specific app, time etc for losing connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also use 2 LAN connections from the modem. I have no problem at all from LAN connections.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have any other advice for me to try? Or maybe modem has a problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards, Emil&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hallo, ich habe das gleiche Problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gerät und Firmware sind gleich.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lan funktioniert.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wlan hat Phasen in denen es klappt und dann wieder nicht.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sowohl Laptop, MacBooks und Handys (Android und iPhone) haben keine Verbindung.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dazu kommt, dass die Liste der Geräte im Wlan auf 0 steht, obwohl Geräte verbunden und aktiv sind.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bisherige Ansätze:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neustart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Zurücksetzen auf Werkseinstellungen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BG&lt;BR /&gt;Basti&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
