    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I'm a vodafone customer and to be honest I wish I wasn't.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I'm very unhappy with the internet speed - wifi connected devices are all slow, hell, I disconnect my wife in order to open a url or load data in my app.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;my PC is connected over cable - it is sometimes slow and when I try to do speedtest from vodafone's portal &lt;A href="https://speedtest.vodafone.de/#speedtest_start" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://speedtest.vodafone.de/#speedtest_start&lt;/A&gt;, the upload test doesnt happen, lol - it get stuck at upload test.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;sometimes, netflix doesn't even load the pictures.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I checked the router and thought maybe it's firmware thingy, but there is no way to look it up or know if it requires a new firmware update - can I get some help please&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;router's firmware version:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN class="dynamic"&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Firmware version &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;4.50.21.4&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
