Modem keep restarting

Hello,

My router keeps restarting at least once a day randomly and it is becoming pretty annoying.

Is there a solution to this (apart from changing device?)

which router modell do you use and in which federal state do you live? Did you replace the coaxial cable already?

Hello Claudia,

thanks for your answer. I live in Berlin and I have a Vodafone Station TG3442DE. I haven't replaced the cable but the condition seems pretty good and it has only few months (it was the one in the package with the router).

The situation seems getting worse and worse since now it restarts at least three time a day. What am I supposed to do?

I would like to check your access, please send me a private message that includes your name, address, the customer number and the birth date of the contractual partner. Reply here again afterwards. If you can check another coaxial cable in the meantime that would help :).

I see there are still reboots and there are some minor signal problems. Did you replace the coaxial cable already?

I bought the cable and will replace it as soon as it arrives. I was wondering if the device in the image below could be the problem instead of the cable.
