Frequent Internet connection interruptions

Hello support,

I am experiencing frequent Internet connection interruptions since yesterday (20.10.2020). I loose Internet connection for few seconds every few minutes. This hinders my ability to work. I had the same issue before and replacing router seemed to help.

My Interent service is: Red Internet & Phone Young 500 Cable.

Hello Mateusz1,

we already have your data from a previous thread. Does the router reboot when there are disconnects? Your modem got a different firmware just yesterday, was there a disconnect since? If yes, what time exactly?

Yes, the disconnects continue. Last one happened just a few minutes ago, around 10:00 am, 21.10.2020. Router doesn't reboot during the disconnects.

Just for some clarifications:

I tried to restart modem few times (also after firmware update). I also tried to clear cable endpoints.

have there been further breakdowns since 21.10.2020? At the beginning of the week there was an interfering signal on the line, but since then it looks very good and there have been no more terminations.

yes, issue still occur.

Not so often as in the begining, but still occur.
