Hello,

I had a vodafone Cable connection and recently I switched to DSL.
Now my question is how can I send. the router back.

I checked my old mails and emails, but could not find a return slip.

I got the address to send the router back from the community and Jula(the virtual assistant).

Vodafone Kabel Deutschland
c / o DHL Paket
Am Tower 222
90475 Nuremberg

But not sure whether I have to add any other slips/details along with the router.

Could someone help me to figure this out?

If you no longer have a return slip you have to send it back at your own expense.

Nothing needs to be added additionally. The router can be assigned using the serial number.

if you do not have a return receipt, please return the hardware at your expense. The address is correct.

You do not need to add any other slips/details.
