Can you please help me with one question?

I would like to access remote desktop due to the pandemic.

Unfortunately, I don't have it now.

I have access through another provider, but I cannot access through your company.

Can you check if these ports are open at:
• UDP port 500
• UDP port 4500
• Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol (L2TP) uses UDP port 1701.

Which connection is it about? DSL, Cable?

which router do you have and I assume with remote desktop you mean a VPN connection to your company
