Hi team,

My DSL will be canceled on end of November 2020. And I will send back the router. I have received the cancellation email with Retourschein, but I don't receive the DHL sticker. Could you please help to send the DHL sticker again to me via email?

There is no DHL sticker - you have to return it on your own expenses...

afaik if you cancel your contract you have to pay the DHL costs yourself

Okay the link above mentions some cases of return. My case is "Bei Kündigung". What is "Bei Wideruf" mean? What is the difference?

Widerruf means you cancel the contract before it starts

Or better: "Widerruf" means withdrawal - so it's only for people using their right to withdraw within the first 14 days of the contract in case they have been granted such right (either by contractual agreement or by requirement by law).
