Hi I have this router TG3442DE, and I would like to open ports but I don't find this options in the router.

Also there is option to get english support via phone call?

you cannot open ports with this router and DS Lite

maybe you could activate bridge mode and use your own router, that depends where you live :

we mean your state. In BaWü, Hessen, NRW it is not so easy.

For all other states you just nead a Router.

Hello,

depending on your booked speed do not buy the cheapest one. For example If you booked a Gigabit rate the router should be capable to handle that.

Hello,

enable bridge mode under Internet settings.

wait for 10 min

unplug power from Vodafone Station

connect your routers WAN port with LAN1 of the Vodafone Station

Power up everything

done

keep in mind that in bridge mode only one device (your Router) can be connected to LAN1 of the VF Station!

Hello thanks for the reply,

when I enter there I see this message:

" You can only switch on the bridge mode when the homespot service is switched off, since the WLAN function is deactivated in the bridge mode."

When I turn it off I get message that I need to wait 7 days.....
