Internet not working DOCSIS offline

Greetings

I installed my router following the instructions and all the lights are on. Both my cellphone and PC connect to the WiFi, but the internet does not work.

The IP address says "DOCSIS offline". Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello Angela,

is it a new contract? Sometimes your own installation may not work.

i can't reach the cable-router. Did you take the router off the power now?

You need a technician, if the connection hasn't been established yet.

I'd like to hire a technician and give your number to the appointment. Is that okay?

Yes, the router is on.

I want to make the appointment with the technician. I called today the curstomer service (08005266625) and they told me they were going to check what the problem is. But I really need to solve this issue since I need the internet for my work.

sounds good and the college from the hotline hire a technician for you. That would have been my next move, too. The appointment follows in the next step to you.

ich habe die gleich peoblem. ich habe ein neue vertrag gemacht mit Vodafone aber in mein online portal uber kabelbox steht DOCSIS offline.

wie kann ich ein PM schicken oder havben sie eine email wo ich kan mein daten schicken.?

Nach über einem halben Jahr, gehe ich davon aus, dass für den TE alles geklappt hat, daher mache ich hier zu.
