Hi I have router CGA4233DE with Firmware version: 1.0.9-IMS-KDG

Since the change of the router I constantly have problems with wifi. I have few Chromecast devices and they started having random issues with connection (music stops playing etc.) Same with other Home devices. I also have issues with wifi calling. Sometimes it also take much more time to load images / movies on whatsapp.

I have a separate SSID. most of the devices are on 5 GHz. I checked all the settingd and nothing helps.

Can I get a priority with firmware update. I found in the forum that firmware is already being released to some users. I am about to buy my own router, but maybe it's not necessary.

Seit dem Wechsel des Routers habe ich ständig Probleme mit WiFi. Ich habe viele Chromecast-Geräte, und sie fingen an, zufällige Probleme mit der Verbindung zu haben (Musik hört auf zu spielen usw.) Dasselbe gilt für andere Heimgeräte. Ich habe auch Probleme mit Wifi-Calling. Manchmal dauert es auch viel länger, Bilder/Filme auf Whatsapp zu laden.

we have already answered in the other post. We have no way to speed up the update for you. Do you also notice the malfunctions via LAN?

Ich habe das gleiches Problem. Ich habe upnp option aktiviert aber geht auch nicht. Was soll man machen? Kann mann ein Update bekommen?
