    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Dear all, sorry for writing in English.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I would kindly ask you for a help! &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I have problems with my cable router Vodafone TG3442EN: LAN internet connection works; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;but there is no WiFi connection; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;WiFi botton does not work and the light above WiFI botton is not even if you are pressing the botton or not. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;WPS light is off WPS botton does not help.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I reloaded router for several times, but it did not help. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;The only thing I did not press "reset" as I can not be sure that this is a right solution.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Unfortunately I could not reach out to the service via phone (08005266625) because the line was always busy.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Please, navigate through the further steps. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Perhaps, I need help of &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;technitian.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;With best regards, Natalia&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
