DSL technician appointment

Hello,

I am using your DSL since last year. I was living in Oppenweiler, Stuttgart and now moved to Celle. I'll move to my permanent apartment from 1st April 2020. I need an appointment for setting up in my new address. I don't have online registration code.

Please help.

if you move to another apartment in a different city you have to request this in "Mein Vodafone" online portal or visit a Vodafone shop to fill out a location move formular there

Hello Robert, thanks for your response. Due to current situation all Vodafone shops are closed. I tried online but requires online registration code. Looking forward to hear a easier solution to overcome this.
