Can't log into Private VPN

Hello.

I know that this issue is not new, but creating a new post is the best option to get help.

I am not able to log into my work private VPN from my home Vodafone network.
I can make a connection using my phone (not connected to wifi), so it means that Vodafone station cuts calls to specific ports.
The connection type is IPSec.
I tried to call the technical support number, but all the menus are in German and I wasn't able to reach a person.

As I understood there are some blocked ports on the Vodafone box.

I've tried to set up OpenVPN and it works.

But for work, I need to use the Cisco IPSec.

You're using Vodafone cable, not DSL.

Vodafone cable is not blocking any ports required for the ipsec protocol.

Your employer has made his protocol not IPv6 compatible.
You share your IPv4 with many others, called dual stack lite.
You will have to upgrade to a business tariff or you buy your own device like a Fritzbox 6660, then dual stack will be switched as well.
Another possibility would be to set the Vodafone Station in your account into bridge mode, then it will act as a modem and you connect a wlan router to LAN port 1 or just your PC to LAN port 1, then you will also get dual stack.
