Is my old device received?

Hello,

Sorry for writing in English, but I am still in early phase of learing German.

I have changed my cable tariff to Gbit and yesterday sent my old Fritzbox device to Nürnberg. But in the receipt of Deutsche Post I don't have sendungsnummer.

Can I ask if you received the device? Or how can I be sure that it is delivered to you as it is still listed in my devices list in my account.

the box has arrived. You will usually be informed of the arrival by e-mail. Do you have any further questions?

Thank you for confirming the receipt. I today received the e-mail about delivery and no longer see the device in "my devices" panel.
