Hello

I have activated by mistake the Hotspot Service for my new 1Gbit connection in Vodafone Internet settings page, forgetting that it will take me 1 week to be able to deactivate it again. Is there a way someone from Vodafone support can help me to deactivate Hotspot manually! So that I can use it in Bridge Mode. Thank You in Advance.

since this is a customer help customer forum, the answer may sometimes take a little longer.

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to deactivate the hotspot prematurely.

Even if we do it from here, it will take 7 days

Hello Martin,

Thank you very much for your reply, I totally understand that. The strange thing is that I can't open any port after enabling this Hotspot mode and now I can't access my self hosted Bitwardenrs application also Syncthing really slow due to port 22000 is closed and finally can't use Direct play on PLEX due to port 32400 also closed, that's why I was eager someone help. I have no choice but to wait until 03.03.20, so I can turn it off. Thanks again.

I'm sorry, I can't give you any other information. Unfortunately, the process cannot be accelerated.
