Internet red flashing light - no WIFI

Dear Vodafone team

I got my router on the last Friday and tried to install. However, it always shows the reg flashing light at the internet symbol and there is no WIFI until now. What should I do? Or can you please send the technician to check? I ensure that I connected everything in the correct way already. Please help!

Maybe your connection wasn't activated until now. What was the start date for your contract?

How can I find the starting date of contract? I looked into the contract detail (both send papers and online account) but still cannot find the date.
