Dear customer service

I have a cable internet service including a free router. As this router was totally weak, I bought a new Fritzbox for myself and use it. Then, I do not need vodafone router anymore. How should I proceed to return it?

Please explain the formal steps because I do not want to encounter any problem at the end of the contaract about this roater and early return.

You cannot return the Vodafone router before the end of your contract. The router is required if a malfunction occurs. Because only with the Vodafone router can your signal values be read.
