Can you please suggest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Meanwhile Ipv6 Firewall Protection was Enabled. I disabled it, and now I am able to connect.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I am trying to configure mozilla thunderbird email client. When I tried to connect to the email server. with the following settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Incoming&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Outgoing&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IMAP/POP&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; SMTP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Port : 993&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 465&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SSL/TLS&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; SSL/TLS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not able to connect. If I try the same thing using my mobile internet, I am able to successfully connect. Which means there is something wrong in my modem settings or it is getting blocked at the ISP level.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Moin,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Ping is successfull. Please see the screenshot. Nothing wrong with reaching the server.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; As I said before, If I connect from my mobile (not wifi witu mobile data), I can connect successfully with the same port and other parameters.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I created a hotspot on my mobile and connected my laptop to the hotspot and tried. Again i was able to connect successfully.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only when I connect to my wifi(broadband), I am not able to connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pani&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You should find the bridge mode in the part "Einstellungen" -&amp;gt; "Interneteinstellungen" in the customer portal. You might need to cancel the Homespot option first, which takes seven days.
