No confirmation of kabelBox received from Vodafone after one month

Hi all,
I sent my device after terminating my contract last month and there is till no confirmation from the vodafone. In my "Meine Internet & Phone Kündigung" page, it still says

Derzeit liegen keine offenen Geräteforderungen vor.

Sobald Geräte an uns zurückgeschickt werden müssen, werden sie hier angezeigt.

I sent my device on June 25 and it was received by vodafone on June 26 according to the DHL Tracking.

How can I ask vodafone to confirm that my box has been received?

Hi Tina, Thank you for your reply and cofirming that my device has been received. However, in my account it still says

Hi jason2990,

the sentence is unfortunately a little awkwardly formulated.

The sentence "Derzeit liegen keine offenen Geräteforderungen vor." means that currently no devices are expected back from us. This means that you do not have to send anything back at the moment.

When we expect devices back, they are displayed in the customer portal. This is then the statement of the second sentence: "Sobald Geräte an uns zurückgeschickt werden müssen, werden sie hier angezeigt."

This could have been formulated more simply, for example: "No devices need to be sent back." Or something like that.
