Mein Router ist letzten Samstagabend (29. Juni 2019) ausgefallen. Ich habe viele Male versucht, einen E-Mail-Kontakt für Vodafone zu finden, aber kein Glück. Ich habe 2,5 Stunden lang versucht, die Kundenbetreuung zu verstehen, und bin schließlich zu drei verschiedenen Abteilungen durchgegangen, aber obwohl ich schließlich Leute gefunden habe, die Englisch sprachen, war es immer die falsche Abteilung.

Schließlich bat ich einen deutschen Kollegen, sie anzurufen, und er meldete den ausgefallenen Router dem technischen Kundendienst - aber nichts ist passiert, kein Rückruf, keine E-Mail, kein Ingenieur. Ich habe 40 GB für meinen persönlichen Hotspot ausgegeben, nur um eine Internetverbindung aufrechtzuerhalten.

Ich brauche wirklich jemanden von Vodafone, der mir einfach einen neuen Router und ein neues Netzteil zur Verfügung stellt und mir im Voraus mitteilt, wann der Techniker kommt, vorzugsweise innerhalb der nächsten 24 Stunden!

My router failed last Saturday night (June 29th 2019). I have tried many times to find an email contact for Vodafone, but no luck. I spent 2.5 hours trying to understand their customer service lines and eventually got through to 3 different departments but, even though I eventually found people who spoke English, it was continually the wrong department.

Finally I asked a German colleague to phone them and he reported the failed router to the technical customer service - but nothing has happened, no call back, no email, no engineer. I have spent 40Gb on my personal hotspot just keeping an internet connection going.

I really need someone from Vodafone to simply get me a new router and power supply delivered and tell me in advance when the engineer will come, prefwerably within the next 24 hours!
