DHL package is not delivered

To whom it may concern,

I have signed a contract with Vodafone for W-Lan internet and after one day I received a notification from DHL that my package is on it's way to my address, now it's 10 days that noting is delivered to me, I called DHL and they tried to find my package but seems it was not successful and they do not know what exactly happened to my package. I tried to call Vodafone support but because I cannot communicate in German, I cannot understand them so now I am hanging here and I am not getting any answer from DHL and also I cannot contact Vodafone, even I went to the customer service in city center but they told me that I need to call customer service, I hope someone here can help me to find a solution.

Is your issue related with DSL or cable?
