    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Vodafone Team,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I need your support since I cannot connect to WLAN-Hotspot-Flat&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have activated my account already and created different user names and paswords to access, however every time I try to connect to any hotspot it just wont let me do it. A screen pops up asking&amp;nbsp; to accept the terms and conditions and when I hit accpet I get directed to the same screen in which I have to provide an user and password, but this time it tells me that if I want to use WLAN i need to book that service&lt;/P&gt;

Please answer the following questions as detailed as possible:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Is the hotspot activated in your online customer center?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Have you already tried to set a new password?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- How do you try to connect via the Vodafone hotspot?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Are you using the Hotspot app?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Did you select "Surf as Homespot service participant" in the&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;login screen?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Did you use the user name of your online customer center&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;login?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Did you make sure that "Customer Portal Login" is selected in &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;the drop-down box?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Kind regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;R4mona&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
