    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My apologies, I do not speak German, I hope someone can still help me out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am relocationg, and I have used the online `Umzugserive` to comunicate my new address. During the process I was asked wich new offer I would like to have, and I have selected DSL100. The entire process went thorugh, I got an email confirmation, however I have jsut noticed that in the email and in the attachment (Mein Vodafone-Auftrag) it is not mention anywere that the new contract (DSL100) is in replacement of my previus one (Kable100). I have also noticed that the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kundennummer has changed, so I am wondering if I did something wrong and I am subscribing for a second contract...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried to call the customer support, but till now I could not find anyone who can speak English, and due to the lockdown I cannot ask any colleagues of mine for helping me out.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It is normal that you got a new customer number for DSL. These are 2 different systems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You should receive a termination confirmation for the cable contract in the next few days. When exactly is the move planned?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Best regards&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Lars&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
