Hi My bill for January 2021 has something new called 'Mobile & Euro-Flat plus' for 9.99 euros monthly. I did not understand what that is or why am I being charged for this. I would like to cancel. Please advise

This usually is part of the GigaKombi if you have both, a landline and a mobile contract - you should also find a position with -9.99 € debit to correct the 9,99 € credit for the Mobile & Euro Flat.

Have you looked at the invoice to see if the credit for the flat rate is there?
