Reached 6 months of cable contract and would like to switch to 250Mbs instead of 1000Mbps

Hi, my contract completed 6 months in December, and Vodafone probably tried to call me to confirm if I'd like to keep the 1000Mbs contract or reduce to 250Mbs. Unfortunately, I was out of the country on vacation and could not opt for the 250Mbs. Is it possible to opt now?
