Change to a lower internet tariff

Hello, I am currently having a Red Internet & Phone Cable 1000 and would like to change to Red Internet & Phone Cable 250 instead (39,99€/month). On the website I only found options to change to higher tariff not lower ones.

I believe changing tariffs happens smoothly without the need to cut the service. Is that correct?

thanks for your PM.

The 250 rate is not included in your switch guarantee. You can, for example, switch to the Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable at 39.99 euros or to the Red Internet & Phone 400 Cable at 44.99 euros. Which one should we switch to for you?
