I have a problem with January month Invoice.
My Vodafone Invoice will starts from 24.01.2021 onwards.

But in January month invoice, it shows that, I must pay 17,34 € for the time period 28.12.2020 to 23.01.2021
Whereas I also need to pay O2, 16,59 € for the time period 20.12.2020 to 19.01.2021
My question is, why I should pay two times (O2 and Vodafone) for the same time period.

Request you to clarify me on this.

Hi Kirunl,

if both connections are running at the same time, both must be paid for. Have you ordered the transfer of the number from O2 to us?
